text to self,Eggs

The book I am reading is Eggs by Jerry Spinelli. So far in the story we have met the two main characters, Dave and Primrose. Dave is nine years old and Primrose is thirteen years old and they are best friends. They have both gone through some very traumatic family events at a young age which is one way they can relate. They are starting to hang out more and more because Primrose has a task she is trying to accomplish and Dave is trying to help. Although they are very close they argue a lot about very personal things and the arguments have been getting worse.  We have also met two supporting characters, Dave's grandmother, and Refrigerator John, one of Primroses close, but much older friend.

The character Primrose reminds me of myself because she does not like discussing sad events that happen in her life with others. Primrose went through a very upsetting event at a young age dealing with her father. Although she can remember every little detail and carries around a picture of him everywhere she goes, she chooses to only tell her closest friends. I do the same thing when I have ad a sad event going on in my life because I feel that if I tell others it will bring them down too. Primrose and I are very strong people who keep our feelings to our selves but maybe we should express and share them more.

I was surprised when Dave and Primrose continued to be friends. After all there is a four year age gap and they are constantly arguing. For whatever reason they find this to be a good friendship but in my opinion this is not a friendship I would want. I wish that they didn't personally attack each other as much as they did because I do feel that their friendship would be a lot stronger if there wasn't the constant arguing.I hope that over time they grow out of this phase so they can keep their close bond.

Text to World - I Have A Bad Feeling About This

My book is  I Have A Bad Feeling About This by Jeff Strand. This book is about a teenager named Henry who would rather played video games than spend some time in the great outdoors. Soon enough his dad shipped him off to a survival camp with his best friend Randy. When he arrives he finds that the "camp director" is a psycho drill sergeant. When they expect to be greeted with lots of people participating he's surprised to find out that only 2 more boys will be staying with them for the rest of their time there. They are given extremely difficult tasks and are forced to do many things. One night when Henry was being disciplined he is forced to spend the night outside. When a strange girl shows up casually walking through the woods. She is from a music camp a couple miles away and they start hanging out. And Henry starts developing feelings for her. The problem in this story is that Henry is forced to go to a camp. Kids today are still forced to go to camps by their paren...

"if your reading this its too late"

"If you're reading this it's too late" is by pseudonymous bosch , is about a fight between max-ernst and ms.mauvais the two main characters . The book starts off with the narrator talking about a secret being let out and could cause danger to the reader and the person in the story , making the plot thicken and making the reader wonder "what's the secret" . in the book so far whats happens is , one of the main characters named max is in a very lucid dream that she wakes up from , feeling like she's being haunted by the thought of the evil ms.mauvais . The problem in this story is similar to an event that happened in history. Like the watergate scandal , in the watergate scandal richard nixon had a big secret going on. He was try to make sure it didn't get out just like in the beginning of my book big there's an ancient dangerous secret going on and if it was let out it would cause chaos . In both of the incidents there's a lot of chaos but...

Text to Self ~ Keeper of the Lost Cities

I just finished reading Keeper Of the Lost Cities , which is the first book of Shannon Messenger's series. The book series has eight books so far. I am currently reading the second book of the series. The book is about a 12 year old girl named Sophie. She has been able to read minds since she hit her head really hard when she was 5. For the protection of herself she keeps it a secret. When she is out and about she sees a boy, as a group of small kids walk by their thoughts give her a headache, forcing her to push her head to cease the pain. Looking up, she sees that the boy did the same thing. They leave the building and he tells her that she is a telepath (mind reading ability) and that she is an elf. Her whole life changed as she leaves her family to forget about her, and moves to the lost cities to attend Fox Fire, a school for the elves. As the story continues her life is put in danger throughout many adventures with her friends. Near the end of the book, her and...
