Eleanor and Park , by Rainbow Rowell is a story about this boy named Park who is on the bus and then this new girl named Eleanor comes on and she needs a spot to sit. All the seats on the bus are either taken or no one wants to share their seat with her. At first, Park was not going to share his seat but the bus driver yelled at Eleanor and he knew he had to share it so he did, this is what began the start of getting to know each other. On the bus Park would read comics and Eleanor would read them too without him knowing. The novel is about two teens trying to get through their own struggles while also figuring out the matter of love. In the story, Eleanor has a step-father named Richie.
